The best would be to try one of the largest hardware business. I know that Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, and should have something similar, but probably not chrome. You could of metal pipe running along power lines. You can not always better off, as might be used, but I do not unpacked. You can get more of pipe cut to length with a hacksaw.

But ... the other person right answers are not likely to be a rack like this, if you have a welder, and again it would not matter because it was painted.

One way to do such a thing, would use wooden sticks and extreme metal through them. The basic structure would be 2 or 3 pieces of wood 1 inch thick and as wide as you would in the rack, probably 8 or 10 (3 pieces, you should use if you want more than a few meters in length, the third is the support center ). Cut the hose to the desired length (all must be the same), then small DrillsHoles through the tube ~ 1 / 4 "from each end, they will receive will be used for screws or pins to pull the hose picture (yes everyone has a few holes, right) compared to the other across the diameter of the tube. Then another series of holes in the end of each tube ~ 1 1 / 4 "at the end. The wooden parts must fit between these holes.

Determine where the pipeline goes through the forest to get the distance and angle of their choice and check the pipe. Pinch together the pieces of wood and drill in the two rooms on the wooden support to ensure to have holes in the same place. The tube will hold through holes in wood, screws or bolts on both sides of the wood to him. Repeat with all the other tricks!

It would not be as beautiful as the photo, but would do quite well!

This is not so simple. Metal pipes are welded together and then chromed. I do not think I have a welding machinery and equipment for electroplating. In addition, more expensive to buy the stock tubes first, you can buy the thing
